Our Rolling Mill Division has 4 Modern Rolling Mills with roughing
facilities. The Mills are capable of rolling all kinds of Special
Steels used for all types of engineering applications. The rolled
products are square, rectangular, round, Flat, hexagonal, octagonal,
sections of different sizes. The products cater to Automobile
Industry, Power Sector, and Other General Engineering Industries.
This steel is used for different purposes like forged components,
machining or direct use for manufacturing automobile components
and other applications.The products are supplied as rolled,
centre less ground, heat treated, cold drawn, peeled and machine
straightened condition.
We have 2 Nos. of open Die Drop Forging Hammer for Forging Rounds
and Slabs in different sizes. The Forge Shop has Electric Boggie
Hearth Furnaces for taking care of Heat Treatment of forged
products. We supply forged products to the customers as forged,
heat treated and machined condition for printing Industries,
Gear Industries, Power Sector defence (ordinance factories).
